One reported Liverpool transfer target is said to be ‘increasingly frustrated’ at his current club and ‘attracted by the prospect’ of a move to Anfield.
The Reds continue to be strongly linked with a big-money swoop for Bradley Barcola, with speculation fuelled by Paris Saint-Germain chairman Nasser Al Khelaifi stating after their UEFA Super Cup win on Wednesday night that he ‘can’t say whether he will leave or not’.
The France winger played no part in that victory over Aston Villa, remaining on the bench for the entire game, and Fabrizio Romano has maintained that the 23-year-old is ‘keen’ on joining Andoni Iraola’s side.
Barcola ‘increasingly frustrated’ at PSG
On Thursday morning, French journalist Sebastien Vidal – co-founder and deputy editor-in-chief of Weekend Sports – asserted that Barcola is far from pleased at PSG and would be very much open to a move to Liverpool.
He posted on X: ‘Bradley Barcola is increasingly frustrated by his situation at PSG. Faced with huge competition in the Parisian attack and playing time that will decrease, the French winger views a move to Liverpool very favorably and is attracted by the prospect of joining Anfield.’

Will PSG ultimately sell Barcola to Liverpool?
The 23-year-old wasn’t exactly a forgotten man at the Parc des Princes last season, making 49 appearances and starting a dozen times in the Champions League, but his inactivity last night and the additions of further firepower in the French capital hint that he could have a diminished role under Luis Enrique if he were to stay put.
Maghnes Akliouche has already been signed from Monaco, while PSG appear to be closing in on a deal for Ferran Torres (The Athletic) and are likely to submit another bid for Mika Godts (Romano).
If the European champions end up with all three of those, the top-heavy level of competition for a starting berth in attack could well push Barcola towards the exit door.
Liverpool are reportedly willing to go as high as £120m for the Frenchman (TEAMtalk) – between that and his apparent frustration in Paris, the hierarchy might ultimately deduce that cashing in would be the best option for all concerned.
A decision will need to be made one way or the other before the 1 September deadline, though the tide seems to be ebbing increasingly towards this much-discussed move eventually materialising.

that is 100% true!!, if Liverpool pull out of the deal, and go for another option, lets say for example Rayan, and play the delaying tactic till the January transfer, his price will go down, we might end up getting him for less than a 100mils
